Appears Johnny Ramos on a Wednesday where the NFL is grabbing some headlines in college tournaments continue to roll on and some even getting going today.

But a lot happening here there and everywhere in the NBA.

We've got you covered for the next three hours or so, the big news guys that has just come down within the last hour.

We thought that a Seahawk was going to be in the news today and that it be Richard Sherman,

because there was a report that Sherman was texting some of his teammates that he was going to be moving on from the Seahawks in 2018.

Well, then news just broke about 30 minutes ago that the Seahawks have traded defensive end Michael Bennett to the Philadelphia Eagles, a swap of fifth and seventh round picks.

So Seattle will get a fifth and give up a seventh plus a player to be named later as the Seahawks are clearing house in Seattle a week before the new league year begins. A, it was going to happen sometime, right? So if you're going to do it, why not just do it all at the same time? If you're going to go in this direction, I mean, why keep, and here's the other part of it too. I think that they were starting to get worn out with just the divisiveness and the locker

room and the personalities and the outspokenness because it started to overshadow what

was going on within that team and on the field when those guys would play. And so they decided,

all right, let's just, that's a wrap. Let's move on.

There is, there's always been a weighing the positive and negative. Has it there? I mean, if

Colin Kaepernick had the skills of Tom Brady and was kneeling during the National Anthem,

isn't the argument that Colin Kaepernick would have a job. But at some point, same thing with

Ray Rice. When Ray Rice and the video came out,

if Ray Rice wasn't a running back in his late 20s, wouldn't he have gotten a second shot?

Isn't that one of the conversations, some of the conversations that we've continued to have?

Yes. The fact of the matter is, not only were there maybe problems with Michael Bennett or some of the Seahawks were bickering throughout

the season. The fact is, Jonas, Richard Sherman turns 30 in a couple of weeks. He's also
