I'm your host, Brandon Shultz, and I am joined by a couple of my good buddies as we are, what, two days out from official free agency, but really four days into free agency the the rules

make it hard to count how you doing clinton what rules well i know i know adam does not like math

and in the case of free agency tampering legal tampering illegal tampering throw it all throw it all

up the window it doesn't matter after the Max Crosby debacle anyways.

Are there actual rules at them? There's a loose set of rules, which I'm a fan of loose rules or loose plans.

And the whole league operates that way this time of year. And I will say this, it does make for some exciting things.

I mean, obviously the Max Crosby trade.

We're going to talk about some of the moves that the Seahawks have made here over the last couple days.

And look, man, it's a fun time to be alive watching John Schneider navigate this first little portion of free agency.

We are into counting comp picks.

We're into counting the players that have departed our team, unfortunately.

But we can talk about have they made the right moves?

Are there any guys left that are priority?

Because it feels like last time we were on, we said the chat seemed very much in on the idea that we needed to resign Josh Jones and that happened and in on the idea that maybe we needed a running back that happened so maybe we're done guys is this is this it for free agency hard tell a not no I mean we're we're going, but honestly, we see the majority of John's moves over the years coming that second and third wave of free agency.

So the idea of being done at this point seems unlikely to me.

But in terms of being done with splashy names.

We're not even talking about the splashiest of ones.

That's for darn sure.

I think we're probably past that point.

But then again, like, who's going to be this year, Sam Darnold or last year, Zach Bonn or whoever, that guy that gets brought in for money that's well below you know top of the league

average in that really is a key cog into helping their team ascend to a Super Bowl so we've seen
