going to talk to Judge Andrew Brasher of the 11th Circuit. He was the state solicitor general

under 10 pages. I'm curious for your thoughts, but quickly to remind everyone, a group of

congressional Republicans, led by Jim Jordan, sent a subpoena to Alvin Bragg, asking for

specific things related to his investigation of Donald Trump and the indictment of Donald Trump.

I am not surprised that Alvin Bragg has moved to quash this lawsuit and moved that into federal

court to do so. And, in fact, the two causes of action in his lawsuit are, the nine isn't necessarily
