If we happen to be rude about particular people, I warn you now, we are very likely to be rude about particular people.

And we do it tongue in cheek.

Not all the time, it doesn't, actually. It's a very old gag and I've heard it used on other radio stations.

In fact, I generally hear most of my stuff used on other radio stations. So when we gently chide a few of the so-called celebrities, it's because we're really bored with seeing them everywhere. Some people just don't know when to go away. Some people do not know when to go and hide their head under a sack of sand.

Some people don't know when to stay off the television. There are those people who are addicted to the world of celebrity.

They love having their picture taken. It makes them in their shallow existence and in their tiny pea brain

feel as though they're actually a worthwhile part of society.

Whereas in fact, you and I know that many of them have no talent whatsoever.

And so when we sort of start off this morning, I don't know whether or not, you know, these people are talented.

I just know that you will know their names because that's the interesting thing.

For example, you know who Nicola Roberts is.

No, I didn't think you would. She's the former girls allowed singer. There's a few of them.

You've got Cheryl Spagball, Sarah Harding, Nicola Roberts, who was the pale one, who looked like a geisha,

and somebody else. And I can't remember who the other two are. But it doesn't really matter because she was going to the VNA Museum.

And she attended the event.

But as I say, she could walk it.

Nobody would know who she is.

Seriously, nobody now would know.
