Hello everyone. I am Matt Williamson. How's it going? I am chat with you from

wonderful Florida for the owners meetings. And real quick, I'll just kind of let you know how

the setup is, just behind the scenes. It's pretty cool. It is at the Breakers Hotel

slash resort. I walked in there yesterday looking where to get my credential and immediately felt

uncomfortable because of the wealth, to be honest with you. Like, wow, this place is

unbelievable. And I'm just walking through like the main area and then out the side to get to where

the credential areas.

I might have been there five minutes.

And just seeing owners and their families and children and the money and the cars, it's

like this is unbelievable.

So we want to mention that.

Of course,

us media folks,

they set up these buildings slash tents in the parking lot.

That's where we're at.

We're not hanging out in the Breakers Resort at all,

except for it being on their grounds.

But it's still a really cool environment,

and I like to pull back the curtain on that.
