Drop me a line. This happens to me every year, so I want to pull back the curtain.

I am mostly, basically 365 an, an NFL analyst scout, whatever.

But much of that is draft prep, of course.

But during the regular season, I am a very casual college football fan.

I mean, Saturday is the only day I'm so busy that I see the family or do anything like that.

But I know the top names during the season.

And trust me, if I have free time, I will throw on whatever the best game is or college.

I mean, if I was, frankly, if I was single, I would have college

football on all day Saturday and I'd be more intuned. But I have to be a little late to the party

with draft prep. But by the senior bowl, I've got a pretty good firm feel at least for those guys.

And then we get this flood of information and players from the

combine. So I would say, considering I come late to the draft party, so I'm so tied in with

NFL stuff, that I'm probably at about half time at my draft prep. But I'm a full-time

draft guy now, too. I mean, obviously free agency and stuff like that, but I know those players.

You know, I spend a lot of time learning, watching, reading about draftable players now.

So this week after the combine, I always find myself taking a step back.
