Doing more shoveling and whatnot. All across the league, coaching stuff is heating up.

Browns have a head coach now. As I'm recording this, only the Raiders,

who I think will have Kubiak, Seattle's offensive coordinator, and the Cardinals are open, who I think will hire the Ram, LaFleur, the Rams offensive coordinator,

and Shield House will bump up to the offense coordinator job with the Rams.

But anyway, it is being reported, and it's not official yet that Patrick Ram will be the Steelers new defensive coordinator.

So I wanted to focus today's podcast on that.

Again, I'm recording this Wednesday, late afternoon evening.

I think this should probably be official in the next 24 hours maybe even by the time you listen to this

and originally when i heard this name i was like uh that's not real inspired you know and

yesterday's podcast i was pretty down on things i have lightened up since then don't get me

wrong and i've also done some homework on wells the tight ends coach from cowboys and podcast, I was pretty down on things. I've lightened up since then. Don't get me wrong.

And that's how this stuff goes. I warned you this cycle is hard on an analyst. But anyway, let's talk about Patrick Graham.

I think many will immediately say, you hired the Raiders defensive coordinator?

They were the worst team in the league last year, Matt.

What do you like about this?

I mean, what's, why would you go poach someone off that staff?

I mean, what are you talking about?

Their defense was crap.
