Hello everyone. I'm Matt Williamson. How's it going? At Williamson NFL.

Got a little time to digest. It hasn't been 24 hours. I'm recording this Friday afternoon. I always like to tell you when we're doing that. So you have a time frame.

Game obviously was late last night. And first off, based off of the podcast I recorded yesterday, I owe Joe Flacco, an apology. I mean, I said he played well. I wasn't hard on him, but I also said, man,

the Cilers made it too easy on him. And there's definitely some truth to that. But I didn't give

Flacco the credit he deserves, to be very honest with you. And I host, or I'm a guest once a

week on a national podcast, Locked on NFL. And the co-host who had no skin in the game for this particular Thursday matchup.

And like many people across the country,

just sat back and enjoyed a really good football game,

especially if you're not a Cielder fan.

And it sunk into me, he said, man, so many of these young quarterbacks should go back and

just watch this game for a quarterback perspective. Guys that don't move that well anymore,

both court, and he means it from both quarterbacks and said, boy, this is a master class of quarterback play.

And that's, it stuck with me. And I thought, he's right. You know, like, these guys don't shrug

people off like Josh Allen or run like Lamar or make throws like Mahomes. Oh, they still can make

throws. But they don't blow you away with their athleticism and, you know,

the traits they used to have.

But so much about quarterbacking is just knowing where to go with the football on time

and putting it there.

And I didn't give Flacko enough credit for that.

And I also didn't have some of the information or a second viewing, you know, at my disposal.

So I wanted to get that out of the way, and we'll get more into detail about that on the second half of this.

But as we always do the day after the game, I want to talk about snap counts.
