I've run into a bunch of you guys here. It's been great to interact with everyone. We had a beautiful day.

I'm recording this directly after Tuesday's practice. And we're winding down for in

terms of St. Vincent's practices. We got Wednesday and Thursday. And then the Jacksonville game.

There won't be anybody here, obviously. And then you come back for just two more. And then

Camp in La Trobe breaks. So only a few more nights for yours, surely surely to be doing these from my wonderful dorm room.

Anyway, good weather today, good turnout, a lot of energy, really long, good practice with very

little wasted time. They got a lot of reps in this practice just as a team. Even special

teams seem like they were just humming at a really, really good pace. I mean, I think the day

off did everyone well. The coaching staff as a whole should have plenty of tape to evaluate today.

So that's really good. But we're to start with a little bit of bad news, concerning news, whatever.

Injury stuff.

Highsmith did not participate today.

And I guess Mike Tomlin basically said there's no news on that front.

So take that however you want.

I'm pretty much certain that he will not play in the Jags game and maybe not at all in the preseason,

which is fine. As long as he's all right for the opening day, that's all really care about, but no news there.

Jonu Smith left today's practice. Doesn't sound like it's expected to be super serious,

but no official word on that. I think his knee was just bugging him a little bit from what I

understand, you know, a little bit of soreness, so they just shut it down. But he was out.
