0:25.8	so the first story is going to be that Supreme Court case Alan versus Milligan
0:30.4	controversial case surrounding the Voting Rights Act. So I'm going to cover that in
0:35.3	pretty good detail that's going to cover the first half of the episode and
0:40.2	then the last three stories will be the second half of that episode.
0:44.0	So the second story is going to be an update on that case that I had spoken about
0:48.3	prior, the Virginia teacher who was shot by her six-year-old student and some updates in that case
0:54.1	including a motion to dismiss filed by the school district as well as some new
0:58.8	charges against the student's mother. The third story is going to be a lawsuit that New York
1:04.3	City brought against 30 counties in the state of New York for prohibiting the
1:10.2	transfer of migrants and then the fourth and final story is going to be
1:14.2	about Chris Licht leaving CNN and just as a note I will not be covering
1:19.4	Donald Trump's most recent indictment which happened Thursday night around 8 p.m.
1:24.4	There's just not much information about it as of now. What we do know is it
1:28.5	surrounds the mishandling of classified documents, but perhaps that's something I may cover next week once we have a little bit more information on it.
