Welcome back to the DIRS show. President Trump's in the process of making probably the most

important decision of his presidency, whether or not to have U.S. pilots flying B-2s drop bunker-busting bombs, they call

mops, massive ordinance penetrators, on the Fardo, and thereby hopefully destroying

Iran's nuclear program.

And he's hearing arguments in all sides.

And it's interesting that he and he alone will make this important decision.

The Constitution says only Congress can declare war, but since 1941, I guess Congress has never declared war and massive wars, the Korean

War, the Vietnam War. Many other wars have been fought without congressional approval.

Sometimes, like in Vietnam, there was congressional resolution, but it wasn't a specific, specific approval.
