What a difference a year makes.

A year ago, the gun control people, the gun ban organizations, had an office inside the White

House, believe it or not.

There was a payoff to them for getting Biden elected, and they had an office there,

and they were just doing all sorts of things to hammer gun rights, to strip us of our

gun rights. And now with Trump in, things have changed dramatically. And we are winning left and right and right and all over the place. Joining me right now to talk about at least some of those, because they're happening so fast, we can't really keep up with them. Costas Morris joins us formerly of Chuck Michelle's group and now at the Second Amendment Foundation. How are you, sir? Hey, Tom. Great to be on. I'm doing great. I hope you're having a great weekend as well. Absolutely. I'm looking at all these stories of these successes. And I'm thinking, you know, I mean, this is just kind of crazy how we're winning. And look, I know you're in the middle of it, and you got all these lawsuits going. And for you, maybe it's like, okay, yeah, we got all this fight. But for some of us, we're looking at it and going, we've never had these, this many victories. Yeah, it's, it's real easy for me because I'm in the weeds of it to sometimes miss the forest for the trees, but this past week was hard to miss. We had a lot of good news, which is nice, you know, after, you know, we usually get beaten up in the Ninth Circuit and elsewhere. Yeah, no kidding. Well, you know, well, let's do this. Let's start off with the big one, which is the Supreme Court has agreed to take a Second Amendment case. Yeah, yeah.

So they granted cert, which means they're going to review the case in Wolford v. Lopez,

which is Hawaii's what we call the vampire rule, which is a silly rule that a few states,

anti-gun states passed after Bruin, which basically says, before you can carry into any private

business open to the public, so that's your grocery,

stores, restaurants, et cetera, they actually have to give you permission to enter.

That's either by posting a sign or saying carry is welcome or you ask the owner and they give you

permission.

Obviously, most people aren't going to bother to do that.

So it generally kills the right to carry.

And we're glad that the Supreme Court took

this case because the Ninth Circuit, even among anti-gun circuits, is the only court to uphold

such a rule. The Second Circuit and the Third Circuit struck it down. So we're excited to see that.
