0:36.8	if the term alien on a classroom assignment referred to a space alien or illegal alien.
0:45.0	So he used the term illegal alien, which apparently is the deadly sin now.
0:50.0	All right, so his teacher and his school administration labeled him a racist for
0:53.5	asking this innocent question. They said it was the equivalent of saying the
0:57.4	N-word and then ultimately suspended him for multiple days from school with

1:03.6	He was also prohibited from competing in a season defining track meet.
1:08.0	Oh, and by the way, after he was labeled a racist,
1:11.8	his family, as you would assume in this woke world, got all sorts of death
1:16.9	threats because, oh, now Christians are racist.
1:19.9	Well, last we spoke with Leah and her attorney from Liberty Justice Center, they had filed a lawsuit
1:25.1	against the Davidson Board of Education for violating Christian's First and Fourth Amendment
1:29.2	rights. But within this lawsuit and within this injunction comes certain evidence that is now surfacing and recently
1:36.2	it's been revealed in this lawsuit concerning the Board of Education there's been some new
1:40.4	evidence that's come out see many years years ago, which by the way I'm
1:43.9	Leah and her attorney are going to join me in a second but many years ago I
1:48.1	steered clear of this the first time that I talked to Leah because I didn't think
1:51.4	that it mattered but apparently it does to the Davidson Board of Education. But apparently it does to the Davidson Board of Education.
