Well, we unfortunately weren't able to have J.R. last week.

Bear in mind, I'm not going to be here next Monday.

It's going to be my daughter's first ever day of school and I want to take her there and be available if everything blows up in her face or whatever from it. I'm not going to be there, but you will be there and I think Yaz is going to be leading the show. So wait, which kind of- Which level of school is this? How old is this? Preschool. Like a preschool daycare thing. I remember the day. Oh yeah? Your wife won't cry when she goes off to kindergarten. That's when the tears start flowing. Okay, okay. Well, I'm probably going to cry when I realize how much less time I have with her during the day. But anyway. Or from the bill, that's what I cried from, from day. I don't even want to, I don't even think about it. It is absurd, absurd. But anyway, it needs to happen and it's going to happen. So it's, it's an investment in her future, I guess. But anyway, we are going to talk about how, I don't know, tariff money can be invested in the future.

You came up with your own segue, everybody. I'm off a three day weekend. I don't know how to do this anymore. But we do have a lot of news to talk about. Some of it very serious, some of it very funny. We're going to make fun of Donald Trump. We're gonna make fun of the weird amount of effort that the government is putting into protecting him from the crimes that he's committed and all of that stuff. And with all that said, JR, are you ready to break down some news? I mean, it's only been an hour of me talking on the stream before this. So sure, sure, why not, John? Let's go. Yeah, he's on the tail end of his energy. So we're gonna soak up as much as we can. Okay, with that said, let's jump into the big story coming out of the last three days, which is tariffs and SCOTUS and Donald Trump taking another step towards authoritarianism with this.

The Supreme Court's ruling on tariffs is deeply disappointing.

And I'm ashamed of certain members of the court, absolutely ashamed.

Whoa, wait, so you're telling me Donald Trump is capable of feeling shame, at least in some form?

I thought he was, I thought I just washed off him like water off a duck's back.

But evidently, it just applies to other people.

He's ashamed of them, in particular those on the court that he put there that did decide that,

no, the president can't just set tariff set whatever

amount he wants on a whim, 150% because you looked at me funny. No, you can't actually do

that. That's not how the system is supposed to work. And let's also be clear, that's not

how the system does work because we do have laws and we do have a constitution. We don't

follow much of it,
