administration. Justices today at Skotis, five to four. The Constitution requires

the President to have unfettered discretion to fire the head of Consumer Financial

Protection Bureau. A lot of

Skoda's decisions today. A win for Trump to start the day off though.

Yeah, this is definitely the good news out of the morning for the Trump

administration. People may remember the consumer of the

Trump administration. People may remember the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau

established during the Obama administration.

Elizabeth Warren was the architect of this and a very strong advocate for this and I believe Richard

Caddray was the first one of the way Congress wrote it it really gave the

president very little discretion over who ran it.

They tried to basically try to set it up as,

once we establish this, the Consumer Financial Protection

Bureau can do whatever it wants,

and you can't have, you know,

we can't have some future president meddling around with what this is going to do,

which led to whence Trump took power and I think you tried to get Mick Mulvaney, put him in charge of that
