Hey, welcome back for more gun talk. I'm Tom Gresham, your host. Yes, we called it.

Gun talk. We talk about guns. We talk about shooting guns, collecting guns,

warning guns, doing it all safely and responsibly. We're the good guys and gals, you know,

and that means we're the ones you don't hear a lot about. I mean, actually think about it.

When you get to some place you don't talk about it, you know, my tires stayed inflated,

but you sure we'll talk about the flat tire you had, the anomaly, if you will.

You know, good guys and gals, people who use guns responsibly safely don't make much

news out there. That's just the way it is. In the, oh yeah, we also talk about gun rights,

because honestly, you can't talk about guns without talking about the second amendment and gun

rights. When you start diving deep into this, you find that there are a number of people whose name

is pop up when it comes to scholarship on the second amendment and gun rights. But one thing

just keeps popping up year after year, decade after decade and it is a true pleasure to have

a constitutional right of the people or a privilege of the ruling class. Now you have argued in

one cases before the US Supreme Court. Your word gets quoted all the time in court cases.

You kind of become the goal standard when it comes to second amendment research out there.
