1:14.8	The United States Constitution makes it explicitly clear the government can't deny people equal treatment under the law
1:22.2	But the left has spent decades circumventing that clear cut requirement
1:27.3	Often they've made the ludicrous claim that the law actually mandates unequal radically discriminatory treatment
1:34.5	And nowhere are they more dishonest about this than in college admissions
1:39.7	For decades colleges have systematically discriminated against white and Asian applicants in favor of black and Hispanic ones
1:47.0	If you're Asian you need to be perfect to get into a top college
1:50.8	But if you're black you barely need to show up at all
1:54.6	According to studies being black instead of Asian is worth more than
1:58.4	300 points on the SAT at Harvard University their admissions department was caught systematically raiding Asians as having deficient personalities
2:06.4	So they could justify just rejecting them and mass
