Welcome back to the Dersh show. I'm doing this show from a cruise ship off the coast of Alaska

where I'm cruising with members of my family saw some

great whales yesterday and saw some dogs that participated in the Iditarod.

Great, great trip.

Alaska is a wonderful, wonderful place and it's nice to get away from some of the

hectic stuff going on in other parts of the of the

country. It's a Monday and I was expecting the Supreme Court perhaps to decide the most important case of its term, perhaps of many terms, and that is whether a former President of the United States has any kind of immunity,

the total immunity, partial immunity, or no immunity at all

for actions he took a while president.

As you know, I think the quote will split the difference and will give him some immunity for some actions he took while president which extend beyond the time that he is no longer president, but it won't apply to actions that are more political and partisan in nature

but we're going to have to wait to see that decision when it comes down but in

the meantime conspiracy, including friends of

mine, are saying, well the Supreme Court is deliberately delaying this decision in

order to give Trump a political advantage so that the case against him in Washington, D.C. will be decided, obviously, against him, Washington, D.C. before the election will have an impact on the election.
