I'm Maria Bear, alongside John Stone Street, president of the Colson Center. John, were you downtown

this week in the marathon testifying of a Colorado bill that kind of didn't

happen a little bit? Oh, I was not. I had a bunch of friends that were there. I was traveling this

week. Definitely let as many Colson folks know as well. I did get some on the ground reports and you know this is one of those

things that just tells you that elections have consequences and a series of elections have

consequences. People have written about the state of Colorado when we moved and it was a

mostly conservative purpleish kind of state.

You know, everyone kind of joked about Boulder being so kind of far to the left.

And now we have a-

But there's so many ministries in Colorado Springs.

We hear that all the time.

It's like, what are you guys doing?

And I think there's two answers to that.

I mean, I think, first of all, a lot of people are doing a lot of things.

I mean, even, you know, some of our ministry friends got accused of not doing enough. And they were doing a ton.

I mean, they were putting out videos. They were telling their constituents. They were rallying people to go down and testify.

There is something about when you when you have basically a super majority there's a reason that that
