But let's start.

Joe, you mentioned the VRA.

You mentioned the Calais decision regarding Louisiana's congressional district.

Gutted, shredded is probably the word you'd use for what they did at the VRA.

Section 2 is basically dead.

They ruled Louisiana's maps aren't valid.

Depending on who you believe and what projections you look at, this could be 12 seats,

could be 15 seats in terms of swing towards Republicans in the midterm.
