dialed up to a whole whole new level in the Kavanaugh and post-Cavanaw era and

really it's I mean the left is not wrong about this.

They're very worried for good reason.

The sort of majoritarian or quasi swing vote

slash majoritarian lock they've had on for upholding and continuing

the progeny of Roe v. Wade is now in serious jeopardy

if Trump gets to replace Ruth Bader Ginsburg is probably the most consequential Supreme Court

replacement since Thurgood Marshall, who of course was replaced by Clarence Thomas.

So they're right to be worried from their understanding of what they assume to be, are inviolable

rights.
