Summary

A shocking Supreme Court ruling just came down that could set the stage for a constitutional showdown between Texas and the Federal government. Texas Governor Greg Abbott has said, “This isn’t over,” after the Supreme Court narrowly ruled that Federal agents can cut razor wire that Texas laid out across the southern border to try and stem the tide of what has become the most significant flood of illegal immigrants into the US in history.

And today we're going to be discussing the border.

But more specifically, we're going to be looking at the Supreme Court decision,

which essentially cited on behalf of the Biden administration,

telling them that Texas was not allowed to interfere with border agents going down

and clearing away the razor wire they had set up to try to protect their own border

because it's become painfully obvious that the federal government is not going to do its job.

But here's the strange part of all of this.

Was the Supreme Court actually wrong with their decision?

I'm not talking about the consequences of that decision.

I'm saying constitutionally, were they wrong?

Because we're going to delve into that issue in a way that a lot of people aren't because that is the true source of the crisis that we're actually about to experience. So we're going to go through.
