Yeah. All right. Let's get into it. During summer session, Amani and I take a look at some of the biggest issues of the zeitgeist,

and with the help of a guest each episode, break them down for you.

This week, we're digging into the First Amendment, specifically what the Roberts Court

is doing to rewrite the relationship between church and state for the benefit of primarily

Christian conservatives in this

country. Just look at Mahmood v. Taylor for crying out loud. Right. We covered that case quite a bit on

the podcast, and I still don't think it's settling in for folks just how much damage Sam Alito

and the conservatives on the court did in that case. That's the case involving LGBTQ book bans

where the court's conservatives basically blessed them

at the expense of the First Amendment.
