cases, you know, taking the position that that the decisions in favor of Harvard and UNC should be

should be reversed. And there are two, I made two arguments in that debate. And the first was that

both of these universities were engaging in flat out illegal race discrimination under the

14th Amendment and Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. And Grutter should be overruled.

And we should have a clear principle here, no race discrimination in university admissions.

And I argued secondarily that even if you don't reverse Grutter, what these schools were doing
