Welcome to the chipping forecast once again, starting with an apology, not really an apology, just an explanation for not doing anything extra podwise during the PGA Championship, but other things happen. Life get in the way. That's what happens. That's what life happens. But we're here now to make it up to you. And here this week means, where are we this week? I'm at home. Our regular special guest, Ian Carter, is in Charlotte, North Carolina after reporting and commentating on the second men's major of the season for the BBC. Ian, how are you? I'm all right. Thank you. I'm, as soon as we've done this, I should be going on to my phone to do my

online check-in, ready to fly home. So, yeah, interesting major. Interesting. Sorry, just before we

get on to the major, I can see that you're wearing a shirt. You like to travel smart. Now, is that

because you're just, I would always go for comfort. I remember back in

the day when I used to think, if I wear a, if I wear a shirt and a suit, maybe they'll upgrade me.

But is that the hope? Or is it just, are you wearing a linen shirt for comfort? I think that's a

forlorn hope. It's not actually linen, but it's just I like to travel with a shirt that's got a top

pocket in it.

And then I can always put my passport in there and I know where it is.

Funnily enough.

Ian recommends family with a shirt with a top pocket.

I see these people in their track suits and all of that. And I don't think it's a good look if I'm being honest.

Now listen I'm all about comforted airport and travelling in comfort but I draw the line. I'm not this isn't a sort of um this is this applies to any airport but I've been flying a lot recently which I haven't done for a wee while but

travelling every week and occasionally I've gone across on the ferry which I love and occasionally

I've been going across on the plane which I don't love and this is to Northern Ireland this is

to Northern airports are just all all life is there of course yeah of course and some people

seem to to really like like the track suit kind of

get up. I suppose if you're sleeping overnight. It's the nearest thing to your gym jams.

But yeah, it's not for me. Not for me.

Well, I imagine you would look, yeah, you would rock the sort of soft track suit bottoms with juicy couture written on it.
