palace in fur, any practice archery on his palace objects, or the recent Turkmenistani

president for life, Akbar Turkman Bashe, who built an 80-foot tall golden statue that

revolved to always face his son, or Kim Jong Il.

What I'm trying to do is look at how does somebody who does not have his full mental

faculties in place managed to rule a nation?

What happens to people who are under their rule?

And counterintuitively, somebody who isn't that mentally well could actually be a good

leader.
