One of my young EPA employees who I really didn't know personally came up to say hello,

and she gave me a hug and she burst into tears.

She said, you just have no idea how awful it is.

You know, they just feel not just disrespected, but they've become the enemy of the people that are at the head of the agency.

One commentator is reminded of the insult comedian Don Rickles.

Here's Rickles, with an audience including the governor of California

at the time, Ronald Reagan.

So how did we get to Don Rickles? It was Max Boot, who referred to him recently in a Washington Post column.

Boot is a senior fellow with the Council on Foreign Relations. He said what he calls the Rickles Act might work for Donald Trump, but not for anyone else, especially not the fired FBI director James Comey.

I mean, I think everything that he's saying about Trump is true,

but it's not necessarily prudent. I mean, he's certainly right that Trump is unethical. He's a

liar. He's not fit to be president. All those things I completely agree with. But then, you know,

the question is, should he be saying
