Well, folks, you know, there have been big men in professional wrestling.

There have been strong men and there have been tough men.

But there have a few that have done more during a career with all three

of those qualities in and out of the ring than my guest this week here on the podcast. He's got

a new book coming out called Scott Norton Strong Style. Scott, welcome to prime time. How are you?

I'm doing great. Thank you so much for having me. It's an honor.

Well, you know, before we really dive into this, I mentioned the book. What finally got you to

write one? Well, it's just, it was my wife's idea years ago. And it was the story of goals is me my wife and jeff farmer n w sting were on tour

in japan and uh they kept hammering on me about doing a book yeah and i says i'm the last guy

do a book and then they just keep telling me about this you know this story here this story here

and you know i i've i've this story here. And, you know,

I've done some crazy ass stuff in my life. And I, you know, I was a professional arm wrestler

first. And that was a wild run for a long time. And I went into my professional wrestling

career. And I had success at the highest level at both.

Yeah.

And it's just, you know, they talked me into it.

And once I did it, I wasn't all in at the start of it either.
