Scott Dissick, who you know from keeping up with the Kardashians, has checked in and out of rehab,

and now he is planning to sue.

Scott is mad, really mad, that the news and a photograph leaked, revealing that he was in rehab.

So yesterday, the Daily Mail TV broke the news that Scott had checked himself into a Colorado facility for alcohol and cocaine abuse. The Daily Mail TV sent out a press release announcing this after they

claim he admitted that he was having trouble with Courtney and also struggling with the death

of his parents. Now TMZ are reporting that Scott's lawyer,

you might know this name, Marty Singer, one of the best lawyers in Hollywood represents all the big

stars, is saying that Scott did not check into the facility for cocaine and booze, but rather to come to terms with the pain

that he's been suffering, silently suffering for many years due to the sudden death of his mother,

and then just three months later, his father passed away.

Scott was in quarantine in L.A. by himself himself and it gave him a lot of time to realize

that he needed some help. As for the photograph that was taken inside the facility, Scott's

lawyer is calling this outrageous and a violation of the HIPAA laws. His team believes the photograph

was taken by a staff member, not a patient, and leaked

to the press, and this could trigger a criminal prosecution. So Scott immediately called for a car

to pick him up. Once the news had broke, he left the facility and went back to LA. He's been
