I'm Hello again, friends, and you are my friends, the great Brian last here, you there, and welcome back to another special edition of the 605 Super Podcast, this part one of our two-part tribute to Scott Cornish, the noted

wrestling humorist who made so many of the listeners laugh or think about something in a different

way, unfortunately just recently passed away. It's a devastating loss to our community,

and on a personal note, one of my best friends, someone who I'm going to miss talking to,

and just hearing his insight, his humor, his wit on a regular basis. So this is part one of

our tribute. Originally, there was going to be one tribute,

and we realized there was a lot to go through.

This is going to be a collection of all the Scouts' impressions.

From the very beginning, with Sheila the Shooter,

to Impressionist Jim Ross,

the handsome boogeyman, hot dog and Lasto,

cranky barista Ken Patera, and everything in between.

So many of the funny moments that Scott created right here on the Super Podcast.

Of course, these were in the midst of the top 10,

where listeners would vote on which characters from the show they wanted to hear from again the

next week. And one of the reasons that segment became so popular was the brilliant work

of Scott Cornish. And I hate to even call it work. I pause there because it was us having fun.

It was us kind of entertaining ourselves the way we would on the phone.

And after I stopped working with David Bixen's man, the first call I made to come on the show with Scott Cornish.

He was the first of the co-hosts that would come on the show.

And he really helped set the tone for what I wanted the show to be.

And with his characters in the top ten, it began a whole new era of the top ten.
