Hey, there goes to go, man.

Hey, glad you having the, man. Hey, glad you

having the show finally. Hey, I'm honored to be here and deliver, just deliver to the money

tree audience, man. It's a good day when you wake up six feet above grad, especially when

you've been ill and not feeling so well. Yeah, I know. Well, for the listeners, we didn't hear

on any other prior episodes, I feel like I had the plague in the last week.

So I'm glad I'm back at the living. So thank you. Amen. Yeah. So Scott, for the people who don't

know you, tell us a little bit about your background and kind of what you've been up to.

Yeah. So I've kind of known as the note guy for the last 15 years I've focused on one specific niche of real estate investing, that's buying distressed debt.

Previous mortgage broker and banker with J.P. Morgan Chase and a financial advisor, and that was kind of

my background back in the day. But in 2004, I left the banking and finance side and started a

mortgage company with a buddy of mine. Did that up to 2008. And then when everything hit the fan,

then I jumped from the, basically the mortgage orationation side and started buying debt buying notes and that's what I've been doing for the last 15

years we buy mortgages on residential commercial property usually non-performing notes where somebody

hasn't paid in six months to six years, we buy that debt and try to work out
