Well, actually, let me start with the couple things here.

The Giants opening day is today.

So 5 o'clock game time.

And someone wrote in and said, The Warriors are going to be playing at home as well. So it's going to be. That's going to be tough down there. Busy downtown San Francisco. But, you know, that's why you live here. Yep. Because you want the action. All kinds of fun things are happening. Right. Which leads me to the first story that Scott has on his socials now, which is rent prices.

And the fact that, first of all, we're talking about all-time highs, which I sort of see there,

but also it's 2K more if you're in San Francisco versus San Jose.

Oh.

Yeah.

Ask any young person.
