Hi guys, today we got a special guest on the podcast, his name is Scott Box and Scott

is the author of a book called heroic disgrace, a worship hero story.

So this book goes into a lot about kind of mental health struggles.

And so there's a lot of three points of this book, there's examples of great fathering

and kind of how he created a hero figure out of his own father, his personal obsession

with kind of the overall concept of being a hero, how that kind of led to some dissonance

in his relationship with Christ and kind of how that works within Christianity.

And he kind of descended into some mental health struggles and he finally got a diagnosis

but he was working in ministry at the time.

And if you're dealing with mental health struggles, you can't really show that if you're

working in ministry and people don't really know how to talk to you and they look at

you like you're crazy.

And guys, we get into all that in this book, so I'm not going to keep them from you any

longer.
