You mentioned teaching children earlier. If you could teach children one skill, if you only had one skill, one bullet to shoot, what would it be? And he said it would be the ability to read, to read. And I think about Dallas Willard and all that he's written and how motivating it is for me, there's a quote attributed to Mark Twain and it goes something like this. I'm going to paraphrase it, but it goes something like this. Those who do not read are at the same disadvantage of those who cannot read. And every time I even say it, it just kind of hits me like, God, that feels aggressive, you know, and yet it's so, so true. And so you talk about advice, this is not for me.

It's handed down from all sorts of people.

story of, you know, where you came from, how you came up and how you got into the role in the

business that you do today. So I'd love

for you to share a little bit about your background. I mean, let's start in high school, getting to

college, football, you know, all the fun stuff. Yeah, yeah. High school wasn't much for me. I put

everybody's sleep if I talk about my high school experience. Pretty boring, but yeah, while I was there, I played in the band, I played football one year. I wasn't very good. I actually didn't play much at all. My freshman year at college at the University of South Carolina decided for whatever reason that I would walk on the football team. But I did it as a deep snapper. And, you know, thinking about brand,

what you think about brand positioning and you try to position things in places where there's

not a lot of competition. Well, on the team, believe it or not, this is Division I SEC football

team. They only had one person who was willing to be a deep snapper. Basically, throw the football

upside down and backwards for 15 yards to punters and all that kind of stuff.

And buddy of mine was a manager and he was like, hey man, didn't you try to do this in high school?
