My guest is the great Scott Berry Kaufman.

Scott is a humanistic psychologist exploring the depths of human potential.

He writes the column Beautiful Minds for Scientific American, hosts the Psychology Podcast which has had over 10 million

downloads, and he has written a whole slew of powerful books such as ungifted

Intelligence Redefined, Wired to Create, unravelling the Mysteries of the creative mind and his new book

transcend the new science of self actualization

Scotland had a really fun almost kind of like wacky time on this podcast

where you know every once in well it's interesting with the

podcast you know your the magnetic polarities of your brain and your outlook and

your vibe match up with someone else's and then that tends to create this third thing

you know this synthesis of both of your minds and where you're at at this moment and

this particular combination created a really fun simultaneously deep light tangential

informative really was quite a kaleidoscopic podcast and I had so much fun

digging in with Scott talking about Maslow's hierarchy of needs, a bunch of other things, and most

importantly, his new book called Transcend The New Science of Self Actualization.
