Summary

Scott Allen Smith is a potential predator featured in the Riverside, California investigation. He is mostly known for being caught twice by Perverted Justice, his poor excuses, and for claiming to have a pierced penis at the time of the sting. Smith came in a moving truck to the sting house after driving over one hundred and one miles. Smith followed Dana's instructions and headed down the walkway to the back of the house.
