I'm Phil Syme and 10 years ago I completely lost my sight, which was life-changing.

But I was very fortunate in the sense that I worked in an industry

where technology allowed me to present and produce podcasts just like this one.

However, there are lots of other careers out there that are completely inaccessible

or very difficult for people with disabilities to work in.

An example of that might be farming because the environment is so unpredictable. In fact, it's probably one of the toughest industries for people with disabilities to break into. But that could all be about to change. Because farmer Mike Duxbury and his partner Ness

are in the process of creating Scotland's first inclusive farm in a boine.

Well you're on our farm which is called Newton of Drum drummy we're facing down over the farm looking over the bottom

big six acre field to the drummy woods to my right i'm looking across a building site which is all the

buildings we've had knocked down ready for the new build. Behind me, a big field with sheep in it.
