Well, one of the things that my hobby and I pray about almost every morning is that the Lord would guard and guide us.

Well, we pray together every morning, God guard and guide us, but that we would walk with such intimacy and such clarity that we will finish strong.

We want so much to finish strong. And that we can be two people

who've added strength and health and even healing to the church because God loves his church.

It's the bride of Christ. And yet if he's coming for a pure and spotless bride, then don't you

think maybe we've got some soul searching to do my guest today writes this tragically in recent years

christians have become accustomed to revelations of abuse in our churches the sad truth is that churches

of all shapes and sizes are susceptible to abusive power sexual abuse and spiritual abuse abuse

abuse can occur when christians neglect to create a culture of goodness that resists evil and

promotes healing safety and spiritual growth.

And my guest says that the key is found in scripture in a beautiful little Hebrew word that means good.

The word is Tove.
