a gigantic issue for a lot of men these days so Scott you've been

doing this for a long time your website it says you've been doing the

mountaintop podcast for 12 years, actually it's going on 14.

So, yeah, actually well, I've been in practice for 14,

but you're absolutely dead on accurate.
