Capricorn rules a place in the Scorpio Solar Charts called the Third House, and this is where we do

a lot of meaning making. This is the place of perception, cognition, mental energy, and giving

and receiving information with the world. This is a place that brings us into our early childhood conditioning and socialization

and all the ways that we learned to learn and all the ways that we continue to learn

and the people and the environments and the experiences that move our minds around

and bring in fresh perspectives and help us to process

and work things out. And it's where we question things and it's also where we get into

conversations. This is a place that deals with the type of information that comes at you from

your environment and from who is just close around you. And so this definitely is a
