you came up with the idea. What a lot of people don't know is that not only do I know you but you

and Penny are business partners management team and it's only been like what two years now?

Maybe not even. Not even. Not even I don't think so either. We had a really good run.

We have and you had me over to your house actually before I officially signed on the dotted line.

And it was so nice because I walked in and your house is gorgeous. Your wife Yael is so beautiful

and hospitable. You've got three gorgeous kids and I want to talk to you about the importance of

I actually grew up in a really stable warm household and I think even you know you get damaged somehow.

kind of handle that damage and then some of us are lucky enough to have what society considers success.

And you might get fame. You might get monetary success. You might get the attention you've been

looking for but it doesn't actually validate you in the way you want and then you see these people

who have success having sadness and kind of depression because they're a little bit lost of what
