Well, hi, everybody. Welcome to Scoop. It is Monday, October 6th. And we're going to start things off a little bit different than I was expecting.

I was expecting just for things to work today.

You know, like I thought maybe I would sit down and the computer would just turn on and then

we would just broadcast.

Turns out that's not the case.

That's not the case.

And unfortunately, I'm having to switch up microphone usage just to even record this.

And I'm sure you can relate, right?

Were you ever in an office and you had this major computer issue?

And then you would call the IT team, the help desk.

And they would say, did you turn off your computer and did you turn it back on?

And unfailing, it would always be like, no, I didn't try that yet, and that it would work.

Well, we tried that. It didn't work. Still did not work for us right now. But we're going to just keep on,

keeping on. And it is of note, one of my very first news items I was going to talk to you about today

is the fact that it is this year's of my very first news items I was going to talk to you about today is the fact

that it is this year's very first super moon, which is a full moon that appears brighter and bigger

than normal. And so maybe we can chalk this up to that, but that doesn't really serve as well

for some of the other big news stories that are hitching a little bit on what's going to happen over the next 24 hours.

So we're just going to keep it in mind.
