Summary

Monday morning, the Supreme Court handed down a decision on a simmering case – answering a key question once and for all: Can a state, citing the U.S. Constitution, keep a presidential candidate off a state's ballot?

The Supremes said, "No!", deciding AGAINST Colorado in a unanimous decision – reversing the Colorado's Supreme Court decision that argued the 14th amendment empowered the state to keep former Pres. Donald Trump off the state's ballot.
