our scoop for the week ahead. It is Monday, September 22nd, and I have to tell you, I am so grateful for

you. And I am so grateful for our insiders who crack me up at just the right moments.

We were having a very funny conversation before this live podcast started. And if you're

But we were talking about just this feeling of being so attached to social media for the last several

weeks and really needing a break. And Natalia, one of our insiders, said that she is enjoying embroidery, which then I confessed

that I have, I love embroidery.

I used to love anything, knitting, crocheting, embroidery when I was younger.

And I don't know where I just stopped doing that.
