Now keep in mind last week you had the Supreme Court ruling that Maine

can't continue their tuition program that excludes funding to religious schools.

So now if you want your private tax dollars to go to religious school. religious schools that deliberately preach discrimination

you have no choice it's not a May it's must. And they went even further now. This is the case about the coach who violated

their religious freedom of students by pressuring them to join his public prayers at the 50-yard

line at public high school football games. Church state separation.

It's a nice thing we have. It is the conservative point of view. The founding fathers

wanted it. It means no one should ever have to choose between their religious freedom and, say, being part of a football team paid for with taxpayer dollars.

The lower courts repeatedly found the facts in the case are clear. Some students did feel coerced by their

football coaches. Very public prayers that were orchestrated with players on the 50-yard line

right after the games. There's a wall between Church and State. You can't do this.

Lemon versus Kurtzman, 1971, requires neutrality. And by the way, the teacher, the coach, never

disciplined. Well today, the Supreme Court fixed it by overturning the 1971 case

Lemon v. Kurtzman which protected us from laws or actions that established any

religion as the state's religion.
