As you'll see, we've gone live a little bit late.

Ian is currently having technical problems, so while he tries to swear repeatedly at his computer

or at Zoom, he's just trying to find an alternative way to get in.

So while we do that, and Ian wrestles around in the dark, we've got a, hopefully a very

informative episode for you this week. So we are joined later on the show by Jerry the Inquisitor

Brown, who will be going through with us about when a bank is not a bank and some investment activities

that are being pursued by Portsmouth City Council so we'll be looking at those and also while

I try to disprove that it are incapable of actually doing two things at the same time while

responding to Ian's concerns about trying to get back on and talking to you. And I'm also listening to the

live debate at the Liberal Democrat Conference, where the motion about the UK's place in Europe

is being discussed, the vote to which would be taking place in about the

next 10, 15 minutes time.
