0:41.5	This is a topic whose valence has shifted around, I think very rapidly.
0:47.3	I published a story on this recently and I was reporting it out which took several days.
0:53.7	When I started working on it, the whole meaning of we should be reopening the schools to
0:59.3	the people who were pushing for it was to say the government needed to be doing more
1:05.9	during July and August because reopening schools was very, very important.
1:12.0	So it was understood by everybody I talked to who was saying that.
1:15.8	They were calling for prioritization of school opening over other kinds of objectives,
1:22.3	like minimizing public expenditure or maximizing bar and restaurant revenue.
1:28.4	And I had this piece and it was all about different ideas for how you could do that and
1:33.3	what are the fiscal policy tradeoffs and blah, blah, blah.
1:36.1	And like literally the afternoon before my piece was ready to go live, Trump came out
1:44.2	and like flipped the script on the whole thing by becoming this like really aggressive advocate
