What is up, everybody? Before we get started today, we wanted to open the podcast, extending our thoughts out to anybody in the UNC community affected by the shooting that occurred on campus Monday afternoon.

If you're listening to this podcast, it probably means that you have some kind of affiliation to the school, whether you're currently there now as a student or your own alum

or you're a parent of somebody that went to Carolina or just a fan. It's scary anytime

a senseless tragedy hits this close to a place that we all call home. So again, just thoughts out

to everybody affected.

How are you doing today?

It's a pleasure, man. You've done some

tremendous work over the years for Inside Carolina, and I know you're a fan favorite, so hopefully

you can help me kind of raise my stock a little bit. I had fun with Ross last year, but I guess he's

on to bigger and better things nowadays and moving to Michigan. So I got the blessing to

be able to have you as my co-host and looking forward to it. It's a funny thing that you say I have

to help prop you up when, you know, your snap count was probably, I don't even know if there's a,

I was going to say like quadrupled, but that wouldn't even make sense because how much you played it and how much you did in your time as a Carolina football player.

Our on-field accolades, you have me beat. So I'm happy to prop you up any way you need.

Look, you were a two-sport athlete at Carolina. I don't got that going for me.

Everybody didn't know a BIP ran track before he was on the football team.

So two-sport ACC athlete.
