| 0:16.0 | You know, I spoke about it quite a bit on the radio show when the riots first occurred. |

| 0:25.7 | I actually weighed the evidence that we had at the time. |
| 0:28.6 | And I looked at the probabilities because you remember there was two versions of what happened. |

| 0:40.1 | And then we had what several supposed eyewitnesses claim to have seen. |
| 0:45.9 | And of course, all of the civil rights leaders or all the black protesters around the country, |
| 0:52.1 | not just in Ferguson, simply believed what these eyewitnesses had said, completely disregarding |
| 1:01.5 | what the officer had claimed and just accepted the diversions of these black witnesses, regardless |
| 1:10.3 | of how improbable their version of events seemed to be. |
| 1:15.8 | Now at the time, I was presenting both sides and I was objectively looking at the evidence. |
| 1:21.8 | And it was my opinion that based on probability, right, based on what version seems to be common |
| 1:29.1 | sense, right, what made more sense. |
| 1:31.2 | I believed Darren Wilson's version. |
| 1:34.6 | And I did not believe the accounts of these supposed eyewitnesses, especially given how unlikely |
| 1:40.9 | it would be that what they were saying actually took place. |
