Today's episode of Lockdown NFL is brought to you by Build Bar. I just powered one down because

mornings are tough. It's a really good energy supplement for me to skip breakfast, do a podcast,

0:36.0

have a bar, feel good about myself, and then maybe do a workout even

afterwards. So that's been my daily routine here. I usually record mornings. Yeah, well, I mean,

0:43.8

it's mornings West Coast. For you, it's already lunchtime on the East Coast there when we record this

2:08.9

So, you know, we're talking about how difficult the offenses teams are slated to face.

2:14.3

The Ravens have the easiest schedule, followed by Tennessee, Cleveland, the Chargers,

2:20.0

Steelers, Cowboys. They face the easiest offenses per his metric. The Falcons, Panthers,

2:27.4

your Niners, Vikings, Bucks, Eagles face the most difficult offenses per his metric.

2:34.2

And then you can sort it by defense. My Steelers supposedly. Eagles face the most difficult offenses per his metric.
